Open the "Start" menu, enter "cmd" in the search bar, find and click "Run as administrator" on the right, enter "sc config i8042prt start= disabled" after opening and press Enter to disable the keyboard, enter "sc config i8042prt start=auto” and press Enter to turn on the keyboard.
