1. Press the [WIN] key, click [All Apps], find and enter [Settings];
2. In the window that opens, click [Privacy and Security] in the left column, find [App Permissions] in the right column, and click [Camera];
3. In the [Camera] interface, click the [Enable] camera access (anyone using this device can choose whether their app has camera access permission when it is turned on) switch, and the software that needs permission can turn on the camera.
